Recently there has been a lot of flooding in my area, don't worry, Author-kun's home hasn't been swept away, but a lot of people in the surrounding region below suffered from the flood. Currently my artist is taking refuge in my home since the area where she lived in was hit really hard by the flood.
I'm having vicious flashbacks of when Editor-san used to berate me to "WRITE YOUR BOOK" living with her, but otherwise we are quite fine.
Thoughts on PIXIV Art
These past two months, I've been busy posting (lewd) art on PIXIV! Most of the stuff I won't show here because I want to keep House Delaroux seiso, so I've left a lot of the heavy lifting to my artist, Viola. (that's GM@lland who worked on /HDG/!)
This will be the sixth week of posting, and I don't feel like stopping, which is a good sign!
Viola doesn't write, but she does art. I don't do art, but I do write, it's a match made in heaven! (laugh). I write all the descriptions/art pointers at the end according to what she tells me to write. Is this the power of an /AGDG/ collab?
I think there is a future to exploring this space of lewd AI art, there's potential to write extremely short stories, do lewd commissions (mostly handled by Viola), and writing a single guide for working with stable diffusion for damsel-in-distress pictures.

Reasoning
While PIXIV doesn't really like AI art, I think I can move some of the less crazy stuff Viola does to Patreon. Commissions are still a far away thing, I would like to wait till there are 1000 subscribers on the House Delaroux PIXIV until committing to a plan. Until then, keep posting, keep selling!
What I CAN do right now is to take the short scenes in /HDG/ and all my other loose writings and give them picture form. I have a LOT of them and they are quite fundamental in how the /Conspiracy/ Girls world works. I really got to ask Viola to tone it down a little so I can feature some of her works for /Conspiracy/ Girls, but considering how well the anniversary pictures went, we will be fine. I think?
Plan
I also want to start putting down my experience doing AI art into a single spot. I can post both here and on CIVITAI short articles that coalesce all my experience in the first year of stable diffusion. The endgoal is a small pamphlet that I can read at the end of the day.
My hope is to rush this pamphlet out before Christmas; while all the information inside the pamphlet is already posted in small chunks at the end of House Delaroux PIXIV submissions, formatting and editing will take work, so maybe I'll sell it for half the price of a visual novel? Writing on CIVITAI is to practice and test for reactions to the book. If it doesn't get any reactions, I'll abandon this idea and continue working on art.
There's still a lot to learn about AI art though, I've only barely scratched the limits of ControlNet, SDXL has come out and I haven't really touched that, and I definitely want to try HighRes fix if my Clunker doesn't die first.
I've said for a long time I wanted to work on a new /Conspiracy/ Girls story, but I haven't really been feeling it. Between Genshin, Master Duel, Honkai Star Rail, I have to drop some things, mostly vidya. I long for the day when my clunker of a computer can be replaced with a better one, but that will have to wait until a little later.
Last Word/ Criticism
Overly ambitious? Three months to make a book before the Christmas deadline seems really difficult, but so long as I reduce the scope and keep it in check, I think we will be alright. Maximum of 30 pages will be a good idea.
