/SHOWDOWN/ Chapter 03: The Magick of The New Continent

Boy if you found this pose familiar… its intentional! Remember how annoying Ayano’s personality was back on Bylon island? The story of /Arrival/ was Ayano trying to deny the existence of magick using the most torturous of methods… and losing! Like I mentioned before, most of Ayano’s annoying traits have been moved off to Neko-chan by /Madness/. But as they say on /vt/, a snake doesn’t change its stripes…

I never explain the >green truth because it would be too complicated. Just take it as a way to build narratives, whether what is said is true or false. Its mostly played for comedic effect here, don’t take it too seriously!

Also, the careful reader would find that Aya-chan is LYING in her narration! Can you see through her lie?

Boy, this brings back memories doesn’t it?! In retrospect, the Lord Protector arc was not done well. /Madness/ was my answer to Umineko. But it was also an empty answer to a question that did not exist in “The X of Madison Delaroux” series. Well, you’re reading the “Question arc” in “Showdown” now!

I ask you, dear reader: What is the central conspiracy of /Madness/ and /Showdown/?

I told myself that there would be max 3 images per chapter, but this is important enough for me to put it in. AHHHHH FORESHADOWING!

There’s a severe error here: Val-sama uses a cupped rapier instead of a wireframe rapier. Engine limitations, please understandu.

In the future I’ll probably have max 1 image per chapter, since I need to ramp up production speed, but I’ll try to have more images and AI images (maybe even bring the old band in to commission CGs) if possible!
